Are The results from this site 100% accurate?

The information offered by this site is not guaranteed to be 100% Accurate and is offered as reference only. Further research and conformation of claims are advised before any substantial investment.

How often the data will be updated?

The data is cached, and will not be updated automatically. Each visitor / user should update the data manually by clicking an "Update" button on each appraisal page.
The button only appears when the cached data is 10 days old or older.
